Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Orders are packed and shipped every working day.                                                                                                                   Postage Across Australia is $10, we use regular post with tracking up to 5 kgs unless your order is to big for the bag, in that circumstance it will be packed in a box and sent via courier, this can take a couple of days thank you.
Please allow standard Australia post time for delivery from when your item is sent especially with covid affecting the post.
Every item is sent with tracking for your convenience.
If an order is not received within 7 working days of payment please notify us so we can follow the tracking on your order and communicate with you.  It is our aim to serve you quickly and professionally. 

PLEASE NOTE- we offer LOCAL PICK UP or LOCAL DELIVERY, if you make an order and select LOCAL PICK UP and your order needs to be posted we generally pick up on this mistake very quickly and will contact you via the mobile number supplied to collect payment for the postage, if you are not willing to pay for the postage it does not mean we will refund your order and your order will be processed and held for collection at your convenience. If the order is not collected after a period of 3 months it will be returned to stock and no refund will be issued.
